Leopold I av Anhalt-Dessau (født 3. juli 1676 i Dessau, død 3. april 1747 samme sted) var fyrste av Anhalt-Dessau og prøyssisk feltmarskalk, vanligvis kjent som «der alte Dessauer» («den gamle dessauer»). Han var eldste sønn av fyrst Johan Georg II av Dessau og hørte fyrstefamilien Askanien. Han ble etterfulgt av sønnen Leopold II Maximilian av Anhalt-Dessau.[7]
