Kosei Inoue (født 15. mai 1978) er en japansk tidligere judoka. Han representerte landet sitt under Sommer-OL 2000, der han vant gull.
Inoue ble ansatt som hovedtrener for Japans judolandslag for menn i 2012.[3]
