Kielce er en by i det sørlige Polen, omkring 110 kilometer nordøst for Kraków. Byen hadde 186 894 innbyggere per 31. mars 2021,[1] og er hovedstad i Helligkorsvoivodskapet. Kielce ligger i Świętokrzyskie-fjellkjeden i den historiske regionen Lille-Polen. Den har status som distriktsnivåby.

Kielce har blant annet Holmestrand i Vestfold fylke som vennskapsby fra Norge.
