Gyula (Juliusz) Andrássy von Csíkszentkirály und Krasznahorka (født 3. mars 1823 i Kaschau, død 18. februar 1890 i Volosca) var en adelig (greve) og politiker i det keiserlige og kongelige monarkiet (K.u.k.) Østerrike-Ungarn.

Som 25-åring fikk Gyula Andrássy i 1848–1949 en ledende stilling i den daværende ungarske revolusjon. Derfor ble han in absentia dømt til døden i 1851, men fikk i 1857 amnesti. Han ble i 1867 Ungarns statsminister. Som østerriksk-ungarsk utenriksminister (1871–79) var han arkitekten bak Trekeiserforbundet i 1872. I 1878 fikk han gjennom den østerrikske okkupasjonen av Bosnia og Hercegovina, og i 1879 deltok han ved inngåelsen av forbundet med Bismarck.[13]

Andrássy-Universität og gaten Andrássy út i Budapest har blitt oppkalt etter han.[14]
