Fru Inés er en roman av den norske forfatteren Amalie Skram, utgitt i 1891. Romanen ble først utgitt sammen med noen noveller under tittelen Kjærlighed i Nord og Syd.

Romanen regnes blant Skrams ekteskapsromaner, sammen med Constance Ring, Forraadt og Lucie. Hovedpersonen Inés er spansk, gift med en «rik, brutal og pervers gammel svenske»[2]; paret bor i Konstantinopel. Inés søker å forstå sin egen kvinnelighet og seksualitet, særlig sin manglende evne til seksuell nytelse. Romanen karakteriseres som «den dristigste og også dystreste utforskningen av frigiditetens årsaker og av den kokette kvinnens følelsesliv».[3] Et forhold som hun innleder til en ung engelskmann fører henne ikke videre, men ender tvert imot med begges død.

Selv om det finnes skjematiske trekk ved romanen, regnet Skram den selv blant sine fineste bøker.[4]
