Cornelius Efraim (Eric) Hallström (født 22. november 1893 i Adolf Fredriks församling i Stockholm, død 17. juni 1946 i Danderyds församling, var en svensk kunstmalere og grafiker som tilhørte gruppen Färg och Form.

Eric Hallström var sønn til kunstneren Carl Axel Thure Hallström. Faren hadde opprinnelig arbeidet som litograf i Norrköping, men flyttet seinere til Stockholm der han etter en tids kunststudier i Tyskland gikk over til at arbeidet som landskapsmaler. Carl Axel Thure Hallström var dypt religiøs, noe som Eric Hallström under sin ungdom kom til å ta avstand fra. Eric Hallström gikk i lære og arbeidet sammen med sin far. Han studerte ved Tekniska skolan i Stockholm 1909–1910 og Wilhelmsons målarskola, Stockholm i 1912. I 1913 viste det første innflytelse fra naivismen i hans malerier, men i de følgende årene ble han første og fremste influert av maleriet innen Konstnärsförbundet. Under den første verdenskrigen ble Hallström også influert av kubismen.[8]

I 1917 fikk han og maleren Gideon Börje kontakt med den italienske futuristen og kunsthandleren Arturo Ciacelli som var bosatt i Stockholm. Året etter stilte begge ut sine verk hos Ciacellis konstgalleri på Strandvägen.

Eric Hallström regnes til en av de fremste representantene for naivismen i Sverige i 1910- og 1920-årene. I 1930- og 1940-årene ble hans kunst preget, under gjensidig påvirkning blant annet av Albin Amelin og Sven Erixson ("X:et") av vitalisme, en ekspresjonistisk naturalisme.

Han malte landskap, elvemotiv fra Norrland, men for det meste motiv fra Stockholms gater, figurmalerier og interiører. Mange av hans beste verk ble laget i 1910-årene da motivene ble hentet fra Rörstrands Porslinsfabrik, Hagaparken og Karlbergs slott. Tiden rundt 1917 hører til den aller fremste perioden i Hallströms oeuvre, da verkene På ön, Den ryske miljonären og Karlbergs ridbana ble laget.

Hallström er representert i mange kunstmuseer i Sverige, blant annet Göteborgs konstmuseum[9], Moderna Museet[10], Norrköpings konstmuseum[11], Kalmar konstmuseum.[12] og Malmö museum[13]. Han är begravd på Danderyds kirkegård.
