Øystein Greni (født 1974) er en norsk musiker, kjent som vokalist, låtskriver og gitarist i bandet Bigbang. Greni har holdt bandet sammen siden 1992, mens de andre bandmedlemmene ofte har blitt skiftet ut. Bandet bor nå i Los Angeles og arbeider der.

Øystein Greni er sønn av Thor Sigbjørn Greni, musiker og komponist i Lillestrømbandet Undertakers Cirkus, og har spilt sammen med en rekke andre kjente norske artister, både på konserter og i studio. Han har spilt mange konserter med BigBang, blant annet på Rockefeller i Oslo. I 1995 dannet han et plateselskap som fikk navnet Grandsport Records (etter Vespa-modellen Grandsport), som har gitt ut plater for BigBang, for eksempel Waxed (1995), Poetic Terrorism (2005) og Not A Rolling Stone EP (2005).

Greni var også en lovende rullebrettkjører og vant europamesterskapet i skating i 1991 i Antwerpen, før han ødela kneet.
