Tettstader i Vestfold

Det er 42 tettstader i Vestfold fylke (2023). Av dei kallar Holmestrand, Horten, Larvik, Sandefjord, Stavern, Tønsberg og Åsgårdstrand seg by.

Ca. 86 % av dei som bur i Vestfold bur i tettstadene, medan landsgjennomsnittet er 83 %.[1] 40,5 % av folkesetnaden budde i ein av dei fire største tettstadene i 2023.

Dei seks kommunane i Vestfold fylke har alle minst ein tettstad. Kort gjengjeve er SSB sin definisjon på tettstad ein stad med over 200 busette, der avstanden mellom husa ikkje er meir enn 50 meter. Sjå artikkelen tettstad for meir informasjon om tettstadomgrepet.

To tettstader med storparten av folkesetnaden i Buskerud fylke strekk seg inn i Holmestrand kommune. Dette er Drammen og Berger og dei to er ikkje med i lista synt her.
