Vlag van de gemeente Zwammerdam
(officieus, tot 1964)

De vlag van Zwammerdam is nooit formeel vastgesteld als gemeentevlag van de Zuid-Hollandse gemeente Zwammerdam, maar werd wel als zodanig gebruikt, meestal in de vorm van wimpels. De vlag zou als volgt kunnen worden omschreven:

Drie banen van gelijke hoogte in blauw, wit en blauw.

De kleuren van de vlag zijn ontleend aan het gemeentewapen.

Op 1 januari 1964 ging Zwammerdam op in verschillende omliggende gemeenten, waarbij het dorp Zwammerdam in Alphen aan den Rijn werd ingedeeld. De vlag kwam daardoor als gemeentevlag te vervallen.
