Laksamana Sir Bertram Home Ramsay KCB, KBE, MVO (20 Januari 1883 – 2 Januari 1945) adalah seorang pegawai kanan Tentera Laut Diraja (RN). Beliau memerintah kapal pembinasa HMS Broke semasa Perang Dunia I. Di dalam Perang Dunia II, beliau bertanggungjawab bagi pengunduran Dunkirk pada tahun 1940 dan merancang serta memerintah angkatan laut Bersekutu dalam penyerbuan Perancis tahun 1944.

Pada 2 Januari 1945, Ramsay terbunuh apabila pesawatnya terhempas ketika berlepas dari Lapangan Terbang Toussus-le-Noble di barat daya Paris. Beliau dijadualkan bermesyuarat dengan Jeneral Bernard Montgomery di Brussels.[1] Ramsay dikebumikan di Tanah Perkuburan New Communal Saint-Germain-en-Laye.[2] Sebuah tugu peringatan untuk semua mangsa korban dalam kemalangan itu telah didirikan di Toussus-le-Noble pada Mei 1995.[3]Beliau merupakan salah seorang pegawai British dan pegawai RN yang paling kanan terbunuh dalam Perang Dunia Kedua.
