მარია კორინა მაჩადო (ესპ. მაჩადო იყო ვენესუელის პრეკანდიდატი 2023 წლის საპრეზიდენტო პარაიმერში, თუმცა 2023 წლის 30 ივნისს პოლიტიკიდან 15 წლით დისკვალიფიკაცია მიუსაჯეს. [10] მისი დისკვალიფიკაცია დაადასტურა ვენესუელის იუსტიციის უზენაესმა სასამართლომ 2024 წლის იანვარში.[11] პრაიმერის არჩევნებში გამარჯვების შემდეგ, მაჩადო გამოცხადეს ოპოზიციის კანდიდატად 2024 წლის საპრეზიდენტო არჩევნებში,[12] თუმცა იგი შეცვალა კორინა იორისმა 2024 წლის 22 მარტს. იორისიც არ დაარეგისტრირეს კანდიდატად და იგი ჩაანაცვლა ედმუნდო გონსალესმა.

2024 წლის 24 ოქტომბერს ედმუნდო გონსალესთან ერთად გადაეცა სახაროვის პრემია.[13]
