ერიკ სატი 1909 წელს

ერიკ სატი (ფრანგ. Erik Satie; დ. 17 მაისი, 1866 — გ. 1 ივლისი, 1925) — ფრანგი კომპოზიტორი და პიანისტი, XX საუკუნის პირველი მეოთხედის ევროპული მუსიკის რეფორმატორი.

სატი გვიანი XIX საუკუნისა და XX საუკუნის დასაწყისის ფრანგული ავანგარდის გავლენიანი ხელოვანი იყო. მისი შემოქმედება მომდევნო პერიოდის ხელოვნების მიმდინარეობების, მათ შორის მინიმალიზმისა და აბსურდის თეატრის, წინამორბედად ითვლება,[1] მისი „ავეჯის მუსიკა“ კი ემბიენტისა და ფონური მუსიკის ადრეულ ფორმად მიიჩნევა.[2] სატის ყველაზე ცნობილი ნაშრომია საფორტეპიანო კომპოზიციები „გიმნოპედიები“.
