გიორგი ჩიჩერინი

გიორგი ჩიჩერინი (რუს. Чичерин, Георгий Васильевич დ. 1872 — გ. 1936) — რუსი სახელმწიფო და პოლიტიკური მოღვაწე, პოლიტოლოგი, ისტორიკოსი, მუსიკათმცოდნე, ლიტერატორი და კრიტიკოსი.

ბიოგრაფია

1896 წელს დაამთავრა პეტერბურგის უნივერსიტეტის ისტორია-ფილოლოგიის ფაკულტეტი. 1897 წლიდან სამსახური დაიწყო საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტროს საარქივო განყოფილებაში მამამისთან, რომელიც ამ უწყებაში მსახურობდა. 1904 წლიდან იყო რსდმპ წევრი, მენშევიკი. 1907 წელს აირჩიეს პარტიის საზღვარგარეთული ბიუროს წევრად. მონაწილეობდა პარტიის ლონდონის ყრილობის მუშაობაში. იმავე წელს გადავიდა გერმანიაში, სადაც დააპატიმრეს და პასპორტის გაყალბების გამო მისი დეპორტაცია მოახდინეს. ჩიჩერინი დაბრუნდა დიდ ბრიტანეთში და პირველი მსოფლიო ომის მსვლელობის დროს ცხოვრობდა ლონდონში. იქვე გახდა ბრიტანეთის სოციალისტური პარტიის წევრი. თებერვლის რევოლუციის შემდეგ დაბრუნდა რუსეთში და მიემხრო ბოლშევიკებს. ბოლშევიკური რევოლუციის შემდეგ დაინიშნა საგარეო საქმეთა სახალხო კომისარიატში ჩინოვნიკად. 1918 წლის იანვარში დაინიშნა სახალხო კომისრის, ლევ ტროცკის მოადგილედ, ტროცკის სამხედრო კომისრად გადასვლის შემდეგ კი დაინიშნა საგარეო საქმეთა სახალხო კომისრის თანამდებობაზე. 1922 წლიდან იყო ცაკის 1-5 მოწვევების წევრი, 1925-30 წლებში იყო პარტიის ცენტრალური კომიტეტის წევრი. 1930 წელს თავი დაანება სახელმწიფო სამსახურს და გავიდა პენსიაში.
