PRISTIN（プリスティン、朝: 프리스틴）は、2017年に結成した韓国の10人組ガールズグループ。2019年に解散[2]。PLEDISエンターテインメント所属。公式ファンクラブ名はHigh（ハイ、朝: 하이）。

グループ名は、『明るくて鮮明な』を表す「Prismatic」と、『欠点のない力』を表す「Elastin」に由来しており、『明るく輝くそれぞれの魅力を一つに集めて最高のスターになる』という想いが込められている[3]。

結成前、ナヨンとギョルギョンの2人は、オーディション番組『PRODUCE 101』を経て、ガールズグループ「I.O.I」として活動。解散後、ロア、ユハ、ウヌ、レナの4人は、ガールズグループ「HINAPIA」として再デビューした[4]。

来歴

2016年

3月23日、PLEDISエンターテインメントが「PLEDIS Girlz」という仮称でガールズグループの結成を発表。

6月27日、プレデビューシングル「WE」をデジタルリリース。

2017年

1月6日、正式なグループ名を「PRISTIN」に決定[5]。

3月21日、1stミニアルバム『HI! PRISTIN』をリリースし[3]、正式にデビュー。

5月19日、シングル「Black Widow (Remix Ver.)」をデジタルリリース。

8月23日、2ndミニアルバム『SCHXXL OUT』をリリース[6]。

10月12日、健康状態を理由にカイラの活動休止を発表[7]。

2018年

5月28日、ナヨン、ロア、ウヌ、レナ、ギョルギョンが初ユニット「PRISTIN V」を結成し、シングル「Like a V」でデビュー[8]。

2019年

5月24日、同日付での解散を発表。なお、ギョルギョン、ソンヨン、イェハナの3人はソロとして引き続き同事務所に所属し、ナヨン、ロア、ユハ、ウヌ、レナ、シヨン、カイラの7人は契約を満了した[2]。
