BASEGATE横浜関内

BASEGATE横浜関内（ベースゲートよこはまかんない）は、神奈川県横浜市中区にある再開発計画である。8社（三井不動産、鹿島建設、京浜急行電鉄、第一生命保険、竹中工務店、DeNA、東急、関内ホテルマネジメント）からなるコンソーシアム「KANNAI 8 (カンナイエイト)」）が再開発を主導している[1]。2024年05月24日、都市計画が決定された[2]。2024年11月13日、街区名称を「BASEGATE横浜関内」に決定した[3]。2025年12月に竣工し、2026年春に開業する予定[4][5]。

概要

村野藤吾の設計による7代目の横浜市役所庁舎を中心とした再開発計画であり、2022年7月に着工し、2026年春に開業する予定[6]。旧市庁舎行政棟は保存され、商業施設とホテルとして活用される予定のほか、超高層ビル二棟を建設する予定[7]。旧市庁舎行政棟の一階と横浜スタジアム寄りにある「みなとテラス」の1階と2階に小規模飲食店が入居する「KANNAI バル街区」を開設する予定、募集店舗数は34店[8]。
