第27回日本レコード大賞（だい27かいにほんレコードたいしょう）は、1985年（昭和60年）12月31日に日本武道館で行われた、27回目の『日本レコード大賞』である。

概要

この年から会場を帝国劇場から日本武道館に移した。

第27回の大賞は、中森明菜の「ミ・アモーレ〔Meu amor é･･･〕」に決定した。中森明菜は初の受賞。日本テレビのスター誕生!出身歌手と、アイドル歌手の受賞は第20回のピンク・レディー以来7年ぶり。また、大賞受賞歌手にはこの回のTV番組提供スポンサーの1社であるトヨタ自動車よりクラウン4ドア ハードトップ ロイヤルサルーンがトヨタ賞として贈られた。

次点はチェッカーズ「ジュリアに傷心」、3位は安全地帯「悲しみにさよなら」であった。

大賞のプレゼンターはロッテオリオンズの落合博満[注釈 1]と、女優の美保純[注釈 2]、最優秀歌唱賞のプレゼンターは細川たかし、最優秀スター賞のプレゼンターは加藤茶・志村けん[注釈 3]、最優秀新人賞のプレゼンターはMIEがそれぞれ担当した。

それまで4年連続で司会者を務めていた竹下景子は出産を控えていたため、この年は司会を辞退。代わって倍賞美津子が司会に参加している（翌1986年・第28回は再び竹下が司会に復帰）。

視聴率は1P上昇の31.4%。
