国防総合大学(National Defense University, NDU) は、米国国防総省が資金を提供する、ワシントンD.C.のフォートレスリーJ.マクネアの敷地内に位置する高等教育機関。国家安全保障の指導者の高レベルの教育、訓練、および専門的な開発を促進することを目的とする。NDUは統合参謀本部 (CJCS) 議長の指導の下で運営される。現在の学長はアメリカ空軍のマイケル・T・プレーン中将。
