加藤 敏（かとう さとし、1949年 - ）は、日本の医学者、精神科医。専門は精神神経科学、精神病理学。学位は博士（医学）[1]。自治医科大学医学部教授を経て、2015年自治医科大学名誉教授、2023年小山富士見台病院名誉院長。
