五指山市（ごしざん-し）は中華人民共和国海南省に位置する県級市。海南島の中央部から南に寄った高原地帯に位置する。海口から三亜の間を結ぶ内陸の道路の途中にある。黎族および苗族の多い地域で、その人口が漢族に匹敵する。

かつては通什市（つうじゅう-し）の名で知られていた。「通什」は、黎語で「肥沃な谷」をあらわすトンザ（Tonza）に由来するが、更に2001年7月に海南島最高峰の五指山（標高1,867m）があることから五指山市に改名された。五指山は五本の手指のように峰が伸びており、海南島の大きな川がここから四方へ発している。中でも海南島最大の川・万泉河はここから東へ流れている。
