上杉 香緒里（うえすぎ かおり、1975年10月20日 - ）は日本の演歌歌手。本名は井木 あゆみ（いぎ あゆみ）。元所属事務所はサンミュージックプロダクション。

略歴

新潟県燕市（旧・西蒲原郡吉田町）出身、新潟県立西川竹園高等学校卒業。レコード会社はテイチクエンタテインメント。1995年6月21日、シングル『風群（かぜ）』でBMG JAPAN（現・Ariola Japan）よりデビュー。BMG JAPANの演歌部門廃止により、1999年発売の『のんべえ』よりテイチクエンタテインメントへ移籍。2000年4月から2003年3月まで文化放送のラジオ番組『走れ!歌謡曲』で鹿島ひろ美（旧・渡辺ひろ美）、水田竜子と共にユニットGパン娘としてパーソナリティを務め一躍人気者に。現在テイチクの同い年でうさぎ年生まれの永井みゆき、山口ひろみと共に『レインボーうさぎ組』も結成して活動中。

2004年のアテネ五輪時には女子柔道金メダリストの谷亮子に、また2006年トリノ五輪時には女子フィギュアスケート金メダリストの荒川静香に大変似ていると評判を集め、特に2006年2月15日の新曲『おんな酒』発表時には着物ではなくオリンピック日本代表の姿で登場し、ファンやマスコミの注目を集めた。『おんな酒』は20万枚を売り上げるヒットとなった。

2009年6月28日、地元新潟県で行われた『NHKのど自慢』（NHK総合・ラジオ第1）にゲストとして出演。

2013年5月20日、生まれ故郷の燕市から燕市PR大使に任命された。

2015年10月21日、一般男性と結婚[1]。

2016年、第1子を妊娠し[2]、11月11日に第1子男児を出産[3]。

2020年、子育てに専念するため所属事務所のサンミュージックプロダクションを退社し、歌手活動休止を発表した[4]。
