高校時代はジャクソン・ヘイズとチームメイトだった。4年目のシーズンに平均13.8得点・5.3リバウンド・4.1アシストを記録し、チームはシーズン無敗で州大会を制覇した[1]。

主要サイトから3つ星評価され、ウェストバージニア大学へ進学した[2]。

カレッジ

1年目の2019-20シーズン、2020年1月11日のテキサス工科大学戦でシーズンハイとなる22得点を記録した[3]。シーズンでは平均9.5得点・2.4リバウンドを記録し、ビッグ12オールフレッシュマンチームに選出された[4] 。

2020-21シーズン、2021年2月6日のカンザス大学戦で29得点を記録した[5]。NCAAトーナメントではモアヘッド州立大学（英語版）との1回戦でキャリアハイとなる30得点・6リバウンド・6アシストを記録して勝利に貢献した[6]。シーズンでは平均15.9得点・3.9リバウンド・4.8アシストを記録し、オールビッグ12セカンドチームに選出された。その後、2021年のNBAドラフトにアーリーエントリーした[7]。

ニューヨーク・ニックス

2021年のNBAドラフトにて全体36位でオクラホマシティ・サンダーから指名され、その後トレードで交渉権がニューヨーク・ニックスへ移動[8]。2021年8月6日に契約を結んだ[9]。

2021-22シーズンは40試合に出場した。Gリーグのウェストチェスター・ニックスでもプレーし、2022年2月1日のデラウェア・ブルーコーツ戦で39得点を記録した[10]。
