キュウリジュース (英語: cucumber juice) は、キュウリを絞るかプレスして作るジュースである[2]。キュウリは、98%が水分である[3]。

キュウリジュースは、ブラッディ・マリーのようなカクテル[4]やキュウリスープ[5]、またディップやグリーンゴッデス等のドレッシング[6]にも用いられる。キュウリジュースには、カリウム[2]やビタミンA[7]が豊富に含まれる。ケイ素も多く[2]、ステロールも含む[8]。

キュウリジュースは、化粧品、石鹸、シャンプー、ローション[9] [10]、またオードトワレや香水[11]の原料としても用いられる。

ロシアの伝統医学では、呼吸器の炎症や長引く咳を抑えるのに用いられる[12]。また別の伝統では、胸やけの緩和や胃酸の抑制のためにも用いられる[13]。火傷や発疹の緩和のために皮膚に塗ることもある[13][12][14]。ワラジムシ等に対する忌避剤ともされる[14]。
