Peire Fabre d'Uzès o Fabre d'Uzès (fl. XIII secolo) è un trovatore minore linguadociano del XIII secolo originario d'Uzès. Dalle informazioni tratte dalla biografia che ne dà Nostradamus, non proprio irreprensibile per quanto concerne l'attendibilità, si apprende che gli scritti di Fabre si riducono a una mediocre canzone galante e a un poemetto morale intriso di luoghi comuni.

«Fabre d'Uzes, se si vuole dare credito al monaco, comprò le sue Poesie da Pierre de Valernes, a cui il trovatore Albert de Sisteron le aveva affidate, e le pubblicò a suo nome: ma essendo stato scoperto il plagio, Fabre venne condannato alla fustigazione, secondo le leggi imperiali per aver usurpato i beni altrui. Non bisogna confondere Fabre d'Uzés con il Fabre provenzale, di cui non resta che una satira o tenzone, dove l'autore s'intrattiene con Falconet sui meriti dei baroni del loro tempo. [1]»
