La Coppa Italia Lega Nazionale Pallacanestro 2024, denominata Coppa Italia Old Wild West 2024 per ragioni di sponsorizzazione, è una competizione di pallacanestro maschile per squadre di Serie A2 e Serie B.

Formula

  • Serie A2: partecipano alla Final Four quattro squadre, ovvero le prime due squadre classificate dei due gironi, al termine della regular season dei due gironi di Serie A2.[3]
  • Serie B: si qualificano alla Final Four quattro squadre, ovvero le prime due squadre classificate al termine del girone andata dei due gironi di Serie B.[3]
