La contea di Parmer in inglese Parmer County è una contea dello Stato del Texas, negli Stati Uniti. La popolazione al censimento del 2010 era di 10 269 abitanti.[1] Il capoluogo di contea è Farwell.[2] La contea è stata creata nel 1876 ed organizzata nel 1907.[3] Il suo nome deriva dal giudice Martin Parmer, uno dei primi firmatari della Dichiarazione d'indipendenza del Texas.
