Norðymbraland[1] eða Norðhumbraland (enska Northumberland, borið fram [/nɔːˈθʌmbələnd/]) er sýsla á Norðaustur-Englandi á Bretlandi við landamæri Skotlands. Hún liggur að sýslunum Cumbriu í vestri, Durham-sýslu í suðri og Tyne og Wear í suðaustri. Ströndin við Norðursjóinn er næstum 128 km að lengd. Newcastle upon Tyne var áður höfuðstaður sýslunnar en eftir að sýslan Tyne og Wear var mynduð árið 1974 hefur sýsluráðið haft aðsetur í Morpeth. Alwnick gerir einnig tilkall til þess að vera höfuðstaður sýslunnar.

Á miðöldum var Norðymbraland konungsríki [2] undir stjórn Játvins konungs og taldist til Sjökonungaríkisins. Þar sem sýslan liggur að landamærum Skotlands hafa margar orrustur verið háðar á svæðinu. Stór landflæmi eru núna þjóðgarðar og vernduð svæði: Northumberland-þjóðgarðurinn og stór hluti strandarinnar sem telst sem svæði sérstakrar náttúrufegurðar.
