Utsunomiya (宇都宮市, Utsunomiya-shi) adalah sebuah kota yang merupakan ibu kota dari Prefektur Tochigi, yang berada di wilayah Kantō, Jepang. Per 1 Juli 2023, kota ini memiliki estimasi jumlah penduduk sebesar 513.584 jiwa dan kepadatan penduduk sebesar 1.232,06 orang per km².[1] Kota ini memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 416,85 kilometer persegi (160,95 sq mi).

Kota Utsunomiya terkenal sebagai kota gyoza (sejenis pangsit goreng). Terdapat lebih dari dua ratus restoran gyoza di wilayah Kota Utsunomiya.[2]
