Gerbang Damaskus (bahasa Arab: باب العامود, Bab al-‘Amud, bahasa Ibrani: שער שכם‎, Sha'ar Sh'khem) adalah salah satu dari pintu masuk utama yang melalui tembok menuju Kota Lama Yerusalem.[1] Gerbang ini berada di sisi barat daya kota dan disisi jalan yang menuju ke Nablus, dan dari sini, terhubung dengan ibu kota Suriah, Damaskus, nama modern dalam bahasa Inggris adalah Damascus Gate, dan nama bahasa Ibrani modern, Sha'ar Shkhem (bahasa Ibrani: שער שכם‎), berarti Gerbang Shechem, atau Gerbang Nablus.[1][2] Dari nama dalam bahasa Arab, Bab al-Nasr (bahasa Arab: باب النصر) berarti "gerbang kemenangan," dan Bab al-Amud (bahasa Arab: باب العامود) berarti "Gerbang kolom."[1][3]
