Ir. Dolfie Othniel Frederic Palit (lahir 27 Oktober 1968) adalah politikus Indonesia yang menjabat sebagai anggota DPR-RI selama dua periode (2009–2014 dan 2019–2024). Pada periode kedua, ia mewakili daerah pemilihan Jawa Tengah IV, yang meliputi Kabupaten Sragen, Kabupaten Karanganyar, dan Kabupaten Wonogiri. Dolfie merupakan kader Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan, ia bertugas di Komisi XI dan dipercaya sebagai Wakil Ketua Komisi XI.[1][2]
