נוזל טרום־שפיכה (מכונה גם פּריקאם, פרי-קאם, או טיפות אהבה מאנגלית: pre-cum) הוא נוזל שקוף וצמיגי הנפלט מהשופכה בפין הזכר כאשר הוא במצב של עוררות מינית. הנוזל מופרש על ידי בלוטות קאופר הנמצאות מתחת לערמונית, והרכבו דומה לזה של נוזל זרע, אך יש בין השניים הבדלים כימיים משמעותיים. נוזל טרום־שפיכה מופרש מבלוטות מיוחדות הממוקמות בצידי השופכה, ומטרתו לנקות אותה מחומציות השתן כהכנה למעבר הזרע[1] ולשמש כחומר סיכה. כמות נוזל הטרום־שפיכה הנפלטת משתנה בין זכרים. בעוד יש כאלה שאינם מפרישים את הנוזל כלל,[2] אחרים מפרישים עד חמישה מיליליטר.[3][4]

הימצאות של תאי זרע בנוזל היא נדירה יחסית.[5][3][6]

בקרב זכרים בעלי מחלות זיהומיות מסוימות, עלול נוזל טרום־שפיכה לכלול פתוגניות שלהן. מחקרים שבדקו נשאי HIV מצאו אצל מרביתם נוכחות של הנגיף בנוזל הטרום־שפיכה.[5][7][8]
