מייקל (באנגלית: Michael) הוא סרט דרמה ביוגרפית, מוזיקלית אמריקאית המבוססת על חייו של הזמר, הפזמונאי והרקדן מייקל ג'קסון. הסרט יבוים על ידי אנטואן פוקואה, ונכתב על ידי ג'ון לוגן ויופק על ידי גרהם קינג. בסרט מככב ג'אפר ג'קסון בתור מייקל ג'קסון.

הסרט עתיד לעלות לאקרנים ב-3 באוקטובר 2025, תחת "סרטי ליונסגייט" בארצות הברית, ו"סרטי יוניברסל" יפיצו בשאר העולם.

העלילה עוקבת אחר חייו וקריירתו של הזמר, הפזמונאי והרקדן מייקל ג'קסון.[1]

בנובמבר 2019, הוכרז כי גרהם קינג השיג וקיבל את הזכויות להפקת סרט על הזמר, הפזמונאי והרקדן מייקל ג'קסון, כאשר ג'ון לוגן עתיד לכתוב את תסריט הסרט.[2] בפברואר 2022, רכשה "סרטי ליונסגייט" את זכויות הפצה של הסרט.[1] ביוני 2022 החל הליהוק; קימברלי הארדין מנהלת ליהוק. תהליכי ההפקה התעתדו להתחיל במהלך שנת 2023.[3] בינואר 2023, הוכרז כי אנטואן פוקואה יביים את הסרט.[4] באותו החודש, נמסר כי ג'עפר ג'קסון יגלם את ג'קסון.[5]

צילום

צילומי הסרט התעתדו להתחיל באמצע 2023 במשך חודש וחצי בסנטה ברברה והיו צפויים להוציא 120 מיליון דולר על שכר צוות וספקים, על פי ועדת הסרטים של קליפורניה.[6] בספטמבר 2023, צילומי הסרט נדחו עקב שביתת אמני הטלוויזיה והרדיו (2023).[7] הצילום העיקרי עתיד להתחיל ב-22 בינואר 2024.[8]

הפצה

באוקטובר 2023, "סרטי ליונסגייט" תפיץ את הסרט בארצות הברית ו"סרטי יוניברסל" בשאר העולם למעט יפן.[9] תחילה הוכרז שהסרט יעלה לאקרנים ב-18 באפריל 2025, אבל עליית הסרט לאקרנים נדחתה ל-3 באוקטובר 2025.
