יחסי כורדיסטן העיראקית–סלובקיה הם היחסים הבילטרליים שבין כורדיסטן העיראקית וסלובקיה. לכורדיסטן העיראקית אין נציגות בסלובקיה, וסלובקיה אינה מחזיקה בנציגות בכורדיסטן העיראקית.

יו"ר מועצת ההשקעות של כורדיסטן, חריש מוהרם, ביקר בברטיסלאבה ב-2012 כדי להגביר את הקשרים הכלכליים בין המדינות. מוהרם נפגש עם משרד החוץ והאירופה הסלובקי, שר הכלכלה, מנכ"ל הסוכנות הסלובקית לפיתוח השקעות ומסחר, והמזכ"ל של לשכת המסחר והתעשייה הסלובקית.[1][2]

באפריל 2014, נפגש שגריר סלובקיה בעיראק, מירוסלב נאד, עם שר החוץ הכורדי פלאח מוסטפא בכיר בארביל, ודן בחיזוק הקשרים הבילטרליים בין המדינות.[3] במאי 2014, ביקר בכיר בברטיסלאבה לרגל הגלובסק ('אנ) 2014, שם נפגש עם שר החוץ הסלובקי מירוסלב ליצ'אק. ליצ'אק הצהיר כי: "אנו רואים את היחסים עם עיראק, כולל כורדיסטן, כחשובים ביותר - ולמסחר ולמסחר יש חשיבות מרכזית בהקשר זה".[4] באותה שנה שלחה סלובקיה סיוע צבאי בכמות לא ידועה לכוחות הפשמרגה הכורדים מתוך תמיכה במאבקם נגד דאעש.[5] בנוסף שלחה סלובקיה סיוע הומניטרי נשלח לאזור.[6]

גם בגלובסק של 2015 ו-2017 נכח פלאח מוסטפא בכיר, ונפגש שוב עם מירוסלב ליצ'אק כדי לדון בחיזוק הקשרים הפוליטיים והכלכליים.[7][8]
