הבחירות הפרלמנטריות ביוון (יוני 2023)

בחירות בזק ל-300 מושבי הפרלמנט ההלני שביוון נערכו ב-25 ביוני 2023.[1][2][3] בחירות הבזק נערכו ביוזמת ראש הממשלה קיריאקוס מיצוטאקיס לאחר ששום מפלגה לא הצליחה להשיג רוב בבחירות שנערכו חודש קודם לכן. זאת למרות שמפלגת הימין-מרכז שלו "דמוקרטיה חדשה" התחזקה משמעותית.

בניגוד לבחירות במאי, ההצבעה ביוני בוצעה בשיטת הבונוס להשגת רוב קואליציוני, מה שאמור להגדיל את הסיכוי להרכבת ממשלת רוב.[4] ב-25 במאי 2023, כנדרש בחוקת יוון, מינתה הנשיאה קתרינה סקלארופולו את יואניס סארמס לראש ממשלה זמני עד להרכבת הממשלה הבאה לאחר הבחירות.[5]

כ-9.98 מיליון אזרחים היו זכאים להצביע, מתוכם אחוז ההצבעה עמד על כ-52.84%.

מערכת הבחירות

בינואר 2020, זמן קצר לאחר שחזרה לשלטון בבחירות הכלליות ביוון, "דמוקרטיה חדשה" (שתמיד הייתה חסידה של בונוס מושבים מאז 1974), העבירה חוק להחזרת הבונוס למפלגות הגדולות. לפי החוק, המפלגה הגדולה שקיבלה לפחות 25% מהקולות תקבל 20 מושבים נוספים, עם מושב אחד נוסף לכל חצי אחוז מעל 25%, עד למקסימום של 50 מושבים נוספים ב-40% (או יותר) מהקולות. לאחר מתן הבונוס, מתחילה החלוקה היחסית עבור המושבים הנותרים, שיכולה לנוע בין 250 אם מפלגה אחת צברה לפחות 40%, ל-300 אם אף מפלגה לא הגיעה ל-25%.[6] חוק זה נכנס לתוקף לראשונה בבחירות שביוני 2023.

חוק משנת 2019 העניק זכות הצבעה ליוונים מחוץ למדינה שהתגוררו כשנתיים ביוון במהלך 35 השנים הקודמות ושהגישו החזר מס במהלך שנת הבחירות או בשנה הקודמת. מצביעים מחו"ל בוחרים בקלפי מפלגה, מבלי לבחור את מועמדיה.[7] ביוון ישנה חובת הצבעה שאינה נאכפת בפועל.[8][9]

לאחר ניצחון מפלגתו בבחירות, חזר קיריאקוס מיצוטאקיס לתפקיד ראש ממשלת יוון.
