תֶרֶז דֶלְפֶּשׁ (בצרפתית: Thérèse Delpech; ‏11 בפברואר 1948 - 17 בינואר 2012)[1][2] הייתה אינטלקטואלית ומומחית ליחסים בינלאומיים צרפתייה.[3]

חייה

דלפש למדה פילוסופיה באקול נורמל סופרייר. בהמשך התמקדה ביחסים בינלאומיים. דלפש ניהלה את תחום הלימודים האסטרטגיים בועדה לאנרגיה אטומית של צרפת (Commissariat à l'énergie atomique; CEA) מאז 1997.[4] היא שימשה יועצת לאלן ז'ופה בעת כהונתו כראש ממשלת צרפת (1995-1997). כמו כן הייתה חוקרת ב-CERI (המרכז ללימודים בינלאומיים), מפקחת מטעם נציבות האו"ם לניטור בקרה ופיקוח בעיראק (UNMOVIC) של האומות המאוחדות, יועצת בינלאומית לוועדה הבינלאומית של הצלב האדום,[4] והייתה בין ההוגים הבולטים בצרפת בתחום הביטחון הבינלאומי. בניגוד לאינטלקטואלים צרפתיים רבים, תמכה דלפש בפלישה האמריקאית לעיראק ב-2003, ולאחר מכן תמכה בהחרפת הסנקציות נגד איראן.

בשנת 2008, דירג אותה כתב העת Prospect Magazine במקום ה-81 ב"רשימת 100 האינטלקטואלים" שלו.[5]

בשנת 2012, פרסם תאגיד ראנד ספר שהותירה דלפש בכתובים, ובו סקירה מקיפה של דלפש על מחקרי ראנד בנושא הרתעה גרעינית.[6]
