פרקליט ניו סאות' ויילס (באנגלית: Judge Advocate of New South Wales) היה הקצין המשפטי שנמצאת במושבת העונשין, ניו סאות' ויילס. התפקיד בוטל ב-17 במאי 1824.[1]

לפני שהצי הראשון הפליג מאנגליה והתיישב בניו סאות' ויילס, מונה קפטן הנחתים דייוויד קולינס לפרקליט ניו סאות' ויילס, ופרקליט הנחתים.[1]

הפרקליט היה אחראי על התפקידים הבאים:[1]

  1. הוא היה נמצא בספסל של שני שופטי השלום (אנ'), בבית משפט השלום של ניו סאות' ויילס (אנ').
  2. הוא היה נשיא בית המשפט לשיפוט פלילי (אנ').
  3. הוא היה נמצא בספסל של שלושה שופטים בבית המשפט לשיפוט אזרחי (אנ'), עד לביטולו ב-1814.
  4. בבית המשפט לערעורים בניו סאות' ויילס (אנ'), הוא היה יועץ למושל המושבה, שהיה שופט הערעור היחיד.
