San Mamede de Moldes é unha parroquia do concello de Boborás na comarca do Carballiño, na provincia de Ourense. No ano 2007 tiña 180 habitantes (88 homes e 92 mulleres), a mesma cantidade que no ano anterior.

Patrimonio

Nun pequeno outeiro está o castro de Moldes, aínda sen escavar, onde durante moitos anos se celebrou a feira do Castro, a cal foi indo a menos pola proximidade do Carballiño e a competencia das feiras celebradas alí. Sobre a súa croa érguese a igrexa de San Mamede de Moldes, de orixe románica e da orde do Temple[2][3]. No seu interior atópanse os restos do escritor Antón Losada Diéguez. Ao seu pé está o templo parroquial, de estilo barroco e no que dúas veces ao ano se celebra a festividade de San Bieito. A carón da igrexa nova está o campo da feira, a escola municipal e a casa de Manuel Chamoso Lamas. Preto de alí atópanse dous pazos: o pazo de Moldes (onde viviu Antón Losada Diéguez) e o seu carón un pazo recentemente restaurado (pazo dos Tizón) onde se atopa a Adega Extramundi, de viño do Ribeiro.

Moldes ten máis mostras do seu pasado como as ruínas do castelo de Castro Cavadoso (derruído na Idade Media na revolta dos Irmandiños) e ao seu carón a ponte medieval do mesmo nome que permite cruzar o río Arenteiro. Na beira do río consérvanse restos dun muíño de auga, que aínda se utilizaba nos anos 40 e 50. Tamén, no lugar de Paradela, no que en aparencia é unha bodega, atópase unha antiga capela.
