LAM - Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique é a aeroliña nacional de Mozambique.[1] A compañía foi creada polo goberno colonial portugués de Mozambique en agosto de 1936 como unha compañía chárter chamada DETA - Direcção de Exploração de Transportes Aéreos. Cambiou o seu nome en 1980 tras unha reorganización da aeroliña.[2]

Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique está baseada en Maputo,[2] e ten o seu centro de conexións no aeroporto de Maputo.[3] A compañía opera voos regulares no sur de África. A aeroliña é membro da Asociación de Transporte Aéreo Internacional e da Asociación de Aeroliñas Africanas dende 1976.[4][5]
