Sor Gracia Baptista (fl. 1557?) foi unha compositora e monxa española ou portuguesa que viviu en Ávila.[1]

A súa composición sobre o Conditor alme, publicada en 1557 no Libro de cifra nueva para tecla, arpa y vihuela de Luis Venegas de Henestrosa,[2]​ é a obra con teclado máis antiga composta por unha muller española ou portuguesa[3][4]​​ (e, probablemente, a única publicada que se conserva anterior ó século XVIII​[5]), ademais da primeira composición dunha muller publicada en Europa.​[4] Trátase dunha obra para voz con acompañamento de órgano ou clave[1]​ que foi gravada en varias ocasións.​[6][7]
