Verónica López Casa Madrid dite Verónica Falcón née le 8 août 1966 à Mexico, Mexique, est une actrice et chorégraphe mexicaine. Elle est connue pour avoir joué Camila Vargas dans trois saisons de Reine du Sud et Lupe Gibbs dans le reboot de HBO Perry Mason.

Verónica Falcón est né le 8 août 1966 à Mexico, au Mexique[1].

Vie privée

De 1998 à 2022 elle a été mariée à Marius Biegai. Ils ont un fils, Lucca Biegai.

Carrière

En 2016, à l'âge de 50 ans, elle a pris la décision de risquer de renoncer à une carrière bien établie au Mexique pour poursuivre sa carrière aux États-Unis, convaincue que de telles occasions devaient être saisies[2],[3]. Cette même année, elle tient l'un des rôles principaux dans la série Reine du Sud[2],[3].

En 2020, elle tourne dans le film Voyagers aux côtés de Colin Farrell et Lily-Rose Depp[4],[5]. Elle a également jouer dans le reboot de Perry Mason, diffusé sur HBO, avec Matthew Rhys[6].

L'année suivante, elle apparaît dans Jungle Cruise avec Dwayne Johnson et Emily Blunt[7].

En 2022, elle rejoint le casting d'Ozark dans le rôle de Camila Elizondo, sœur du patron du cartel Omar Navarro (Felix Solis) durant la saison 4, aux côtés de Jason Bateman et Laura Linney[8].
