Site remarquable du goût est un label français de reconnaissance touristique et gastronomique décerné à des communes, lieux-dits ou établissements agroalimentaires traditionnels. La première liste des 100 sites remarquables du goût a été arrêtée en 1995 par les ministères chargés de l'Environnement, de la Culture, du Tourisme et de l'Agriculture[1].

La Fédération Nationale des Associations locales des Sites Remarquables du Goût est basée aux Riceys, dans l'Aube.

La charte de qualité

À ce jour, 71 sites remarquables[réf. nécessaire] du goût agréés adhèrent à l'association nationale des Sites remarquables du goût et profitent à ce titre du droit d'utilisation de la marque collective. La charte établie par la Fédération nationale des Sites remarquables du goût met en avant les critères suivants : produit emblématique du terroir qui valorise un patrimoine sur le plan environnement et architectural, accueil du public permettant de faire connaître les liens entre le produit, le patrimoine culturel, les paysages et les hommes[2].
