Le canton de Perthes est une ancienne division administrative française, située dans le département de Seine-et-Marne et la région Île-de-France. Avec 49 889 habitants en 2007, le canton de Perthes est le plus peuplé du département.

Le canton de Perthes groupait 14 communes jusqu'en  :

Lors du redécoupage de 2014, trois de ces communes ont rejoint le canton de Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry (Boissise-le-Roi, Dammarie-lès-Lys, Pringy) et toutes les autres le canton de Fontainebleau.
