Tudor Arghezi, oik. Ion Nae Theodorescu (1880 Bukarest, Romania – 1967 Bukarest, Romania) oli romanialainen kirjailija. Kierreltyään ja toimittuaan eri ammateissa hän asui 1899–1904 munkkina Cernican luostarissa ja piispankirkon diakonina Bukarestissa.[1]
Arghezi sai vaikutteita Alexandru Macedonskilta ja julkaisi esikoisrunonsa 1896. Hän opiskeli teologiaa Sveitsissä 1905–1910 mutta luopui papintyöstä. Hän joutui Saksan miehittäessä Romaniaa vankilaan 1918 mutta sai seuraavana vuonna armahduksen. Esikoiskokoelmansa Cuvinte potrivite hän julkaisi 1927. Hän kuvaa ortodoksimunkkien elämää satiirisessa valossa 1930 ilmestyneessä teoksessaan Icoane de lemn. Vuosina 1947–1955 hän ei julkaissut mitään ennen kuin julkaisi 1955 runokokoelman 1907, jossa hän käsittelee 1900-luvun alun kuuluisaa talonpoikaiskapinaa. Häntä arvostettiin ennen kuolemaansa Romanian kansallisrunoilijana.[1]
