Monte Carlo -ralli 1989 (viralliselta nimeltään 57. Rallye Automobile de Monte-Carlo) oli rallin maailmanmestaruussarjan kilpailu kaudella 1989. Kilpailu järjestettiin 21. – 26. tammikuuta 1989 Monacossa. Kilpailu oli kauden toinen ja erikoiskokeiden yhteispituus oli 613,25 kilometriä.[1][2]

Kilpailun aikana ruotsalainen kaksikko Lars-Erik Torph ja Bertil-Rune Rehnfeldt kuolivat ollessaan katsojina kun Alessandro Fiorion auto suistui tieltä. Myös kolme muuta katsojaa loukkaantui vakavasti.[3] Kaksikko ei osallistunut kilpailuun, mutta olivat työskennelleet reitteihin tutustumisessa. Tauon aikana he menivät katsomaan reitin varrelle, jossa Fiorion ohjaama auto suistui tieltä 140 km/h nopeudessa.[4][5]
