John E. Bryson (s. 24. heinäkuuta 1943 New York, Yhdysvallat)[1] oli Yhdysvaltojen 37. kauppaministeri. Senaatti valitsi hänet 20. lokakuuta 2011 äänin 74–26.[2] Hän toimi aiemmin Southern California Edisonin emoyhtiön Edison Internationalin johtotehtävissä[3].
Bryson ajoi kesäkuussa 2012 samana päivänä kahteen kertaan lyhyin väliajoin kolarin, joista ensimmäisestä hän poistui paikalta, toisen jälkeen hänet löydettiin tajuttomana autosta. Syyksi kerrottiin sairauskohtaus ja Bryson jäi tapausten johdosta sairauslomalle.[4] Bryson ilmoitti 21. kesäkuuta 2012 eroavansa kauppaministerin tehtävästä.[5]
