Johan Leonard Borgström (9. maaliskuuta 1832 Helsinki – 8. helmikuuta 1907 Helsinki)[1] oli suomalainen liike- ja valtiopäivämies ja lahjoittaja.

Borgström sai kauppaneuvoksen arvonimen 1885. Isänsä Henrik Borgströmin kuoltua hän ryhtyi johtamaan tämän liiketoimia muun muassa Borgströmin tupakkatehdasta. Hän oli porvarissäädyssä Tammisaaren ja Maarianhaminan edustaja valtiopäivillä 1872, Tammisaaren ja Heinolan 1877–1878, Tammisaaren 1882 ja sitten Helsingin 1885, 1888 ja 1891. Esimerkiksi vuosina 1885 ja 1891 hän osallistui voimakkaasti tulliasian käsittelyyn.[2] Borgström oli myös Helsingin musiikkiopiston perustajia 1882 ja johtokunnan ensimmäinen puheenjohtaja. Hän testamenttasi sille merkittävän osan omaisuudestaan ja perusti yliopistolle Henrik Borgströmin stipendirahaston musiikinopiskelijoiden tukemiseksi.[3]

Hän toimi Preussin, Espanjan ja Tanskan varakonsulina. Borgström toimi osallistui säätyvaltiopäiville porvarissäädyn edustajana 1872, 1877-1878, 1882, 1885, 1888 ja 1891.[4]

Johan Leonard Borgström oli Henrik Borgströmin vanhin poika.[3]
