Diamou on maalaiskunta ja sen keskuskylä Kayesin alueen Kayesin piirissä Malissa. Se sijaitsee Senegaljoen rannalla 50 kilometriä Kayesista kaakkoon. Kunnassa on 14 100 ja keskuskylässä 2 200 asukasta (vuonna 2009)[1].

Diamoun kunnan pinta-ala on 2 000 neliökilometriä[2]. Se rajoittuu lännessä Kayesin piirin Sadiolan, pohjoisessa Logon, Colimbinén ja Ségalan, idässä Bafoulabén piirin Bafoulabén ja etelässä Mahinan ja Niambian kuntiin[3]. Maisemaa leimaavat vuoret, kukkulat, laaksot ja tasangot. Ilmasto on sudanilaistyyppinen.[2] Kuntaan kuuluu 21 kylää[1].

Diamoun kautta kulkevat Dakarin–Nigerin rautatie ja Kayesista Bafoulabéen johtava maantie. Seudun pääelinkeinot ovat maanviljely ja karjanhoito. Lisäksi harjoitetaan keräilyä, metsien hyödyntämistä, kalastusta ja kaupankäyntiä. Diamoussa pidetään viikoittaiset markkinat.[2]

Paikallinen nähtävyys ovat Gouinan vesiputoukset, jonne suunnitellaan voimalaitosta.
