Segu[1] (frantsesez: Ségou, seɡu ahoskatua; bamanankanez: ߛߋߜ߭ߎ߫, Segu) Mali hegoaldeko hiria eta izen bereko eskualdearen hiriburua da. Niger ibaiaren eskuineko bazterrean dago, Bamakotik 235 km ipar-ekialdera.
2009an 130.690 biztanle zituen.[2] Etnia nagusiak bozo, soninke, mandinga eta banbara dira. XVIII. eta XIX. mendeetan Seguko Inperioaren hiriburua izan zen.
