Phyllis O'Donnell (1937ko abuztuaren 22a – 2024ko azaroaren 6a) australiar surflaria izan zen.[1]
1960ko hamarkadan hasi zen surfeko ohol luze bat erabiltzen kostaldeko Twin Heads hirian. Bere irakaslea Snowy McAlister surflaria izan zen. 23 urterekin Queenslandeko Kirra herrira joan zen.
1964an Munduko Surf Txapelketa irabazi zuen lehen emakumea izan zen. Australiako emakumezkoen txapelketa ere irabazi zuen 1963, 1964 eta 1965ean. 1970eko hamarkadaren amaieran Kaliforniako surfeko ohol fabrika batean lan egin zuen. Australiara itzulita, Queenslandeko zortzi txapelketetatik azkena irabazi zuen eta 1974an erretiratu zen. 1976an Australiako Surf Ospearen Aretoan sartu zen eta 2004an Kaliforniako Surfaren Ospearen Pasealekuan.
