Orzo, risoni (Italian), pépinettes (Frantzian), pipti pilav (Turkian) edo κριθαράκι (Grezian) izenez ere ezaguna, arroz edo garagar aleen antza duen gari gogor semolaz egindako pasta txiki eta lehor mota da. Pasta hau jakietan, zopetan, betegarrietan, entsaladetan edo arrozaren ordezko gisa erabiltzen da. [1]
