Michael Geoffrey Ralphs (Stoke Lacy, 1944ko martxoaren 31 – Henley-on-Thames, 2025eko ekainaren 23a) ingeles gitarra-jotzaile eta abeslaria izan zen.
1964an hasi zuen bere ibilbide musikala blues-rock talde batean eta 1966an Doc Thomas Group mod talde batean sartu zen. Taldeak Mott the Hoople izena hartu zuen eta Ralphs 1973ra arte egon zen taldean. 1973an Bad Company taldea sortu zuen Paul Rodgers, Simon Kirke eta Boz Burrellekin batera. Estudioko disko eta talde guztietan parte hartu zuen. 2011n Mick Ralphs Blues Band taldea sortu zuen.
